1. Account registration

The user undertakes to register the partner account approved by Yi Moxuan Company in his or her real identity and to receive services under these accounts (hereinafter referred to as ""user account"").The user agrees to use the true and accurate personal data provided by the user as the only evidence to determine the relevance between the user and the user account as well as the user's identity.

2. Use and safekeeping of user accounts

And have the right to promptly notify Yimoxuan Company to take measures to suspend the login and use of the user account.

(4) if Yimoxuan Company takes measures to suspend the login and use of user accounts according to the notice of users, Yimoxuan Company shall require users to provide and verify valid personal identity information or proof consistent with their registered identity information.

(5) if Yi Moxuan verifies that the valid personal identity information provided by the user or the certificate is inconsistent with the registered identity information, it shall take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user account.

(6) In order to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests, when the user provides Yimo Xuan company with valid personal identity information or proof consistent with the registered identity information, Yimo Xuan company shall provide the user with necessary assistance and support such as account registrant certificate, original registration information, account recharge consumption information, etc. according to law, and provide relevant evidence information to relevant administrative organs and judicial organs according to needs.

Yimo Xuan Company enjoys all legal rights and interests of the game software of Shushan: Initial Chapter according to law (including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as computer software copyright, art works copyright and patent rights involved therein, and the right to operate the game software), or has obtained legal authorization from legal rights holders, thus having the right to provide game software and game services for users.

2.""Yimo Xuan Company""，""Shushan: Initial Chapter"" and/or Yimo Xuan Company's product and service marks embodied in the ""Shushan: Initial Chapter"" software belong to the trademarks or registered trademarks of Yimo Xuan Company and its affiliated companies in China and/or other countries/regions. Users are not allowed to use it without legal authorization.

3. Yimo Xuan Company and its affiliated companies own patent rights, patent application rights, trademark rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the software and related services related to Shushan: Initial Chapter.I recall that Moxuan and its affiliated companies have not granted users any intellectual property rights related to this ""Shushan: Chuzhang"" software as a result of this agreement or to provide users with this ""Shushan: Chuzhang"" software and related services. All rights not expressly granted to users in this agreement are reserved by Yimoxuan and its affiliated companies.

4. All rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement shall be reserved by Yimoxuan Company.

 

1. On the premise that the user agrees to accept all the terms of this Agreement, Yi Moxuan agrees to grant users the right to use the game software and services that are non-commercial, revocable, alterable, non-proprietary, non-transferable and non-transferable. Within the scope of authorization, users can install the game software on a mobile intelligent device or computer terminal for personal use, and run a copy of the game software in the manner specified by Yimoxuan Company and enjoy the services provided by Yimoxuan Company.

Recall that Moxuan's license granted to users under this agreement is for personal use. If users need to use game software and game services outside the scope of personal use or use game software and game services for any commercial purpose, users should contact Yimoxuan and obtain a separate authorization from Yimoxuan. Any installation, use, access, display, operation and commercial use without the permission of Yi Moxuan Company is an infringement to Yi Moxuan Company.2. Unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement, the user shall not perform the following acts (whether for profit or non-profit) without the prior written consent of Yi Moxuan Company:

(1) copy, reproduce, decompile (de-compile), disassemble (disassemble), distribute and display all or part of the programs, user manuals and other graphic and audio-visual materials of the game software, or reverse engineer any function or program of the game software (reverse engineering).

(2) to publicly display and play all or part of the content of game software / game services in various forms and on various platforms (including, but not limited to, webcast platforms, websites, APP, etc.).

(3) renting or selling game software or using game software to engage in any profit-making activities.

(4) to modify or obscure the service name, company logo, trademark / copyright information and other intellectual property notices on game software programs, images, animations, packages and manuals.

(5) other violations of trademark law, copyright law, regulations on the protection of computer software and relevant laws and regulations, and international treaties.

 

1. Yi Moxuan Company has the right to determine the charging methods and tariff standards of game software and game services, and Yi Moxuan Company has the right to determine different charging methods and tariff standards for game software and game services at different stages. and Yimoxuan company has the right to adjust the tariff policy at any time as needed.Specific charging methods and tariff standards, including but not limited to the charging standards of game software, the right to the use of virtual goods in the game and the specific charging standards of value-added services (if any), are promulgated by Yi Moxuan on game modules such as APP STORE or other APP release channels, in-game props malls, props purchase interface, game official website and other game modules, in the form commonly used by the online game industry.

Users have the obligation to read carefully before choosing. Once users choose to buy the right to use relevant virtual goods or accept relevant services, it shows that users have fully understood and accepted the corresponding charging methods and tariff standards.

2. Yi Moxuan Company has the right to set up, add and modify value-added services and issue value-added service tokens in the game as needed.

Value-added service tokens are obtained through the exchange of RMB. Users can only use them in accordance with the rules of the game in accordance with the law.

(3) the judicial organ or administrative organ shall, on the basis of legal procedures, request the company to provide

(5) when providing the user's personal identity information at the legitimate request of the user's guardian.

In order to protect users' right to privacy and standardize the use of users' personal information, Yi Moxuan Company has formulated a policy on the protection of users' right to privacy and the use of personal information.

2. In addition to the above-mentioned personal information, you agree and authorize Yimoxuan to collect other necessary information based on administrative / judicial requirements or security, user experience optimization, etc., provided that Yimoxuan may collect and use such information only for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.

Users shall abide by the provisions of this Agreement and other relevant rules and regulations (including but not limited to the rules published by Yi Moxuan Company on the official website of the game or in the game, etc.); abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China (if users are users outside the people's Republic of China, they should also abide by the laws and regulations of their respective countries or regions).

 

1. Users shall bear the responsibility involved in the content of the information they publish. Users are not allowed to post the following:

(1) those who oppose the basic principles established in the Constitution of the people's Republic of China

(2) endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity

(3) harming the honor and interests of the state

(4) inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity

(5) those who sabotage the state's religious policy and promote cults and feudal superstitions

(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime

(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others

(9) publicizing and abetting the use of plug-ins, private servers and Trojans

(10) publish any home page address or link, including software, documents, etc., which are reasonably judged by Moxuan to be inappropriate or not approved by Moxuan.

(11) containing other contents prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations of the people's Republic of China.2. Users shall not use game software, game services or participate in game activities by improper means or other unfair means.

(1) users shall not interfere with the normal provision of software and services by Yimoxuan, maliciously damage service facilities or disrupt normal service order, including, but not limited to, attacking, intruding into or overloading the servers of Yimoxuan.

(2) users shall not take advantage of vulnerabilities and errors in the program (Bug) to disrupt the normal operation of the game, spread the loopholes or errors (Bug), make improper profits, or achieve other personal purposes.

(3) users may not log in or use the game ""Shushan: Chuzhang"" in an abnormal or illegal way to obtain game services.

(4) making, publicizing, abetting or using auxiliary tools or programs (such as plug-ins), private servers and Trojans that hinder the fairness of the game

(5) stealing other people's game accounts and articles, or although they do not take the initiative to participate in the theft, the accounts and articles obtained are obtained by others through theft.

Users understand and agree that Yi Moxuan provides game services to users, not to make use of game services to earn real world money or economic benefits, but to enable users to experience rich and colorful game content. Instead of experiencing the content of the game, users mainly trade and make profits in the game, which will destroy the fairness or balance of the economic system in the game, thus adversely affecting the game experience of other users and the game itself. Therefore, users promise not to engage in game behavior or trade virtual goods for profit, and any situation that engages in game behavior or trade virtual goods for profit will be regarded as seeking illegitimate interests.

4. In order to ensure that users comply with the above 1-3 service usage restrictions, Yi Moxuan has the right to review your use of the ""Shushan: early Chapter"" game or service. And the appropriate actions (including, but not limited to, warnings, inverted values, freezing or recycling of game virtual items, removal of game materials provided by users, restrictions on user rights, temporary or permanent freezing of play, forced offline, blocking of user accounts, deletion of files, etc.) according to Yimoxuan's own judgment.

 

If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, in addition to being punished in accordance with other terms and conditions, you may also be subject to one or more of the following penalties:

(1) warning: warning is only an educational guidance for players who violate the rules of the game, and it is a way to manage the operation of the game normally.

(2) Forbidden speech: close some or all chat channels of offending players and force the online dialogue function of player user accounts to be suspended, so that player user accounts cannot talk to other players until this penalty expires or is cancelled.

(3) temporary freezing of play: restrict the game characters of illegal players and restrict their local game operations until this penalty expires or is cancelled.

(4) permanent freeze: restrict the game characters of illegal players, restrict their local game operations, and never release or release them.

(5) temporary ban on login: the user account of the offending player will not be able to log in and use the ""Shushan: early Chapter"" game for a certain period of time until this penalty expires or canceled.

(6) permanently forbid login: the user account of the offending player will never be able to log in to use the game service.

(13) temporarily restrict game behavior: the user accounts of illegal players will be restricted to use some game services for a certain period of time.

(14) cancel the transaction: cancel the illegal transaction and restore the game virtual goods paid by both sides of the transaction.

(15) deduction of illegal transactions: deduction of game virtual goods obtained by one or both parties in violation of the rules.

(16) functional restrictions on trading: temporarily freeze the game virtual items obtained by one or both parties in violation of the rules, and continuously inspect their in-game behavior within a specified period of time. (19) other penalties: including, but not limited to, confiscation of illegitimate interests (such as game virtual items obtained by players through improper channels), inverted values (including but not limited to experience values, etc.), deletion of forum posts, blocking of forum accounts, temporary suspension of service, etc.

 

Without the prior written permission of Yi Moxuan Company, you may not publicly display, copy, distribute or play all or part of the game pictures in the game service through third party software, website or platform, otherwise, Yi Moxuan Company will have the right to take various measures according to your breach of contract, including but not limited to one or more of the following And Yi Moxuan reserves the right to pursue your legal liability further: temporarily prohibit login, force offline, and close the account.

 

If your illegal behavior in the game causes damage to Yimoxuan or a third party, you shall bear the corresponding legal liability, and Yimoxuan has the right to take all reasonable actions for its own damage. including but not limited to the recovery of game virtual items, etc. Recall Moxuan also has the right to reclaim the loss from you and require you to bear reasonable recourse costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees, litigation fees, preservation fees, etc.).

 

Recall that Moxuan is not responsible for the loss caused by force majeure. The force majeure referred to in this Agreement includes: natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations or government instructions, and reasons unique to the characteristics of network services, for example, failures of basic telecom operators at home and abroad, technical defects related to computers, mobile devices or the Internet, restrictions on Internet coverage, computer, mobile device viruses, hacker attacks and other factors. And other objective situations that are unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable within the scope of law.

 

Recall that Moxuan will try its best to maintain the security and convenience of the services provided under this Agreement, but shall not be responsible for the deletion or storage of information (including, but not limited to, user-published information). Yi Moxuan reserves the right to determine whether the user's behavior is in accordance with this agreement. If the user violates this agreement, Yimoxuan has the right to interrupt the services provided to the user in accordance with this agreement.

 

Recall that Moxuan Company has the right to amend the terms of this agreement when necessary, and users are invited to inquire about the relevant contents on a regular basis. If the user continues to use the services referred to in this agreement, it shall be regarded as an agreement to modify the content; if the user does not agree to modify the content, the user shall uninstall the game software, terminate this agreement and stop using the game service.

 

Any data information generated during the user's participation in the game and stored in Yimoxuan's server, including but not limited to account data information, role data information, rating and virtual item data information (except the user's name, ID number, phone number and other personal identity data information), is part of the game software, owned and managed by Yi Moxuan Company Users have the right to modify, transfer and discard the data and information belonging to their own user accounts through proper channels on the premise of abiding by the rules of the game.

 

All notices sent to users by Moxuan Company can be sent through announcements on the game, the official game website or the important pages of the game official forum, e-mail or regular phone calls, easy trust, letters, etc. At the same time, users hereby agree that Yi Moxuan Company can send business information to its email address, telephone number, easy letter and letter.

 

In the Yi Moxuan game service, you may need to provide content to Yimoxuan through upload, release and other ways.In this case, you still enjoy the full intellectual property rights of such content.

You hereby expressly agree that, while providing the foregoing, you irrevocably grant Yimoxuan and its affiliates a global, permanent, free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, sublicense, translate, publish, perform and display such content, and to use such content to create derivative works.

 

In order to avoid disputes, the user agrees to use the data stored in the server of Yi Moxuan Company as the judgment standard for the data and technical issues involved in this agreement. Recall Moxuan Company to guarantee the authenticity of the data.

The headings of all provisions of this Agreement are for ease of reading only and have no practical meaning and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement and related provisions.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

Recall that Moxuan's failure to exercise, fail to exercise in a timely manner or fully exercise the right enjoyed by this Agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed to waive such right, nor shall it affect the exercise of such right in the future.
